Support Calls & Assistance

All support calls and assistance for Trakker™ software are free with annual renewal pricing. Assistance requests may be made via phone or e-mail.

Support Data Correction

  • If your data becomes unstable or corrupt for any reason, Trakker™ support staff will assist your company in correcting any data issues. It is advised that a regular backup of the program, and its data files, be made regularly.
  • To request the correction of unstable or corrupt data, our support department has designed a Web page that your company can fill out. Once this form has been submitted to our support department, the support manager will review the request, estimate the time required for completion, and contact your company. Should the request incur a charge, an estimate will be e-mailed to your company and will require a signature prior to ANY repairs being made.
  • Items that would generate a charge are:
    • User error
    • Virus infection
    • Hardware failure
    • Software failure (other than Trakker™)

Our support staff advises that should your data suddenly become unusable, corrupt, or unstable for any reason, you should first restore your data files from a "good" backup.
