Online services are free to current Trakker/Trak-It clients. Assistance requests may be made via phone, e-mail, or fax. This service allows both current and non-current clients a secured remote storage location for the purpose of storing data files for backup. The server in which the data is stored is backed up daily with an additional month end backup. Credit Bureau Data File Processing & Submission This service allows both current and non-current clients the ability to submit client credit data to either one individual credit bureau or to multiple credit bureaus. This service will assist your company in developing a contingency plan should there be any form of disaster.
