After you click on it, choose save, and save it to your Trakker data folder. The default folder is C:\MFS. If you do not know the location please Right Click on your Trakker Icon (shortcut), choose Properties, Click on the Shortcut tab. The location will be displayed in the Start In box. WARNING: If you download a default letter and overwrite your current letter any changes that you have made to that letter WILL be lost. Please make a backup of your current letter files.
