PLEASE NOTE:    ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BEFORE NOVEMBER 1ST TO ENSURE AVAILABILITY
ALL ORDERS PLACED AFTER NOVEMBER 1ST WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING PENALTIES:

                                         -10% from November 1st - December 31st
                                         -20% from January 1st - February 28th
                                         -30% from March 1st - April 30th
                                         -50% after May 1st
