Support Policies For Trakker Loan Servicing Software Program and All Add-On Modules
 
Support Calls & Assistance
All Support calls and assistance for the Trakker™ Loan Servicing Software program have always been and will remain FREE.

Support Data Correction
  • If your data becomes unstable or corrupt for any reason, Trakker™ Loan Servicing Software Support Staff will assist your company in correcting any data issues. It is advised that a regular backup of the program and it's data files be made regularly.

  • To request the correction of unstable or corrupt data, our Support Department has designed an on-line form that your company can fill out. Once this form has been submitted to our Support Department, the Support Manager will review the request, estimate the time required for completion, and contact your company. Should the request incur a charge an estimate will be faxed to your company and will require a signature prior to any repairs being made.

  • Items that would generate a charge are:
    • User Error
    • Virus infection
    • Hardware Failure
    • Software Failure (other than Trakker™)

Our Support Staff advises that should your data suddenly become unusable, corrupt, or unstable for any reason you should first restore your files and program from a "good" backup. However, if a backup is not available our support staff are only a phone call away.

Support for the Crystal Reports® for Trakker™ Add-On Module

  • Please note that a manual is provided that details all areas of the Crystal Reports® module. This manual should answer and walk you or your company through the module and all of it's functions. This module is based on the Seagate© Crystal Reports® program and a manual or help guide for that program may be useful.
Free Support on Initial Training
  • The initial training for these modules will be free for a total of five (5) trainings totaling 5 hours and will cover the following areas:
    • An Overview of the product
    • Navigation
    • Creating A Report
    • Linking of Tables
    • Saving Reports
    • Accessing and/or Adding Formulas
    • Accessing and Navigating the Help File
    • Contacting the Support Department

  • Our Support Department will assist you or your I.T. Department in installing the custom report module(s) onto your system a total of five (5) times.

  • Should you or your I.T. Department require assistance on installing the program after the fifth (5th) time you will need to submit the request form located on our Support web page.

Charged Support on Initial or Additional Training
  • Should the training require more advanced training, your company will need to submit a request form via our web site or by fax.

Support for the Custom Reporter MDB Add-On Module

  • Please note that a manual is provided that details the layout of the internal structure of the MDB database file. This file was originally written in MS Access.
